All generated emails appear in your "Ready to Send" folder in the platform. By default, you must ‘approve’ an email before sending it to ensure quality and goodness of fit to the journalist, as well as proper personalization.
steps on how to approve emails:
- Log in to your account
- At the left-hand side panel go to Emails
4. Select the email you want to approve and click on the subject line
5. There you can Refresh, Send or Delete the email.
Remember you can bulk approve or bulk delete the emails by clicking the checkbox next to Emails
