Troubleshooting: I want to change the talking point for a pitch/email in the ready to send folder

Sometimes the platform will match a journalist to one campaign (say “U.S. Economy”) but you’d rather pitch that journalist about a different topic (Say “Inequality and Poverty”). We have you covered!

Step 1: Click “Emails” in the left sidebar. Click on the email you want to change.

Step 2: Select the new campaign name you want to pitch the journalist about from the dropdown menu below the subject line.

Step 3: Click on the “Refresh” button below the body of the email.

Your email will automatically be regenerated using the new text. And, as always, keep refreshing until you’re content with the content of your email or make changes to the text as you’d like.
