All generated emails appear in your "Ready to Send" folder in the platform. By default, you must approve an email before sending it to ensure that it is high quality, fits the intended journalists, and is adequately personalized.
Steps for how to approve emails:
- Log in to your account.
- At the left-hand side panel, go to Emails.
3. Find the email you want to approve and click on the subject line.
4. There you can refresh, send or delete the email.
Remember that you can also bulk approve or bulk delete the emails by clicking the checkbox next to “Emails” or the checkbox next to the specific ones you want to approve or delete.
