Reporting: Configuring Your Competitor Reports
You can use the Intelligent Relations platform to see how you stack up against the competition.
To start, you need to enter specific keywords about your company and your competitors in the Settings > Competitor Monitoring section.
Set up a new section for each competitor and enter specific branded keywords for each.
These should be unique keywords, which if found in the article, represent a "positive hit" that the article was about your company. (General keywords, or keywords not specific to you, will result in false positives in your reporting. For this reason, we recommend you stick to:
- unique company names
- unique product names
- executives with unique names
Add a section for a new competitor by clicking “Add Competitor” above the Save button.
That's all! You can then go to your Reports > Competitor Report to see a summary of coverage about your company and the competition.
