Sometimes you may run into trouble while using Preston. Maybe you want to know how to perform a specific action and you can’t find an article to help you in our knowledge base, or you see something that appears to be an error or a technical issue.
To report a problem, find the blue “Support” button on your screen and click on it. You will see the screen below.
Click “Send Feedback” to immediately report an issue. You will be able to attach a screenshot or record a video. When submitting a report, include as much information as possible, as this will aid us in solving the problem quickly. Ensure you have images of any errors.
Alternatively, To submit a support request via email, click “Technical Support” and “Submit a ticket.” You will see a page where you can submit a standard request. You will need to enter your email address into the field.
